For a flagship palace or international destination wedding, twelve to eighteen months is ideal — the most sought-after venues and dates are reserved well over a year ahead. We have produced extraordinary weddings on shorter timelines, but early engagement buys you the rarest luxury of all: a calm, unhurried path to the day.

Do you take on weddings outside India?

Yes. We have produced celebrations across more than fifty destinations, from Lake Como and the south of France to Dubai, Bali and the Maldives. Our destinations division maintains on-ground networks worldwide, and for international weddings we bring the elements that cannot be sourced locally — including, when it matters, our own chefs.

How do you protect our privacy?

Discretion is a default, not an add-on. For families who require it, we operate a closed-set production model — enforceable non-disclosure agreements, vetted crews, perimeter and airspace management, and a single embargoed photography team. Some of our finest work has never been published, and never will be.

What exactly does your fee cover?

Everything from the first conversation to the final farewell: concept and design, full production, budget management, vendor command, logistics, guest experience and on-site delivery. We work on a transparent management basis with no hidden vendor commissions — your interests and ours are aligned from the first day to the last.

Can you work alongside vendors we already love?

Absolutely. Many families come to us with a photographer, a designer or an artist they adore, and we are delighted to build around them. Our role is to elevate and orchestrate the whole, not to insist on a closed roster. Where we recommend our own collaborators, it is only ever because we believe they are the finest for your particular celebration.

How many weddings do you accept each year?

Deliberately few. Our model depends on the senior team being personally present at every celebration we produce, which places a natural ceiling on how many we can take. We would always rather decline a wedding than dilute the attention every family is promised.
