Weeks 1–3We begin not with venues or vendors but with you. Over private conversations — in our atelier or your drawing room — we learn the families, the heritage, the constraints and the dream. By the end we have a written brief: the feeling we are designing toward, and the lines we will not cross.

Planning
Months 1–4Destination, venues, dates and the architecture of the celebration take shape. We assemble the production framework, lock the budget with full transparency, secure exclusive venue access and build the run-of-show skeleton that every later decision will hang upon.

Design
Months 3–8Our studio translates the brief into worlds. Concept art, 3D walkthroughs, material samples, floral palettes and lighting studies — refined until each function has a distinct visual signature. You approve nothing you have not first seen rendered to the last detail.

Production
Final 60 daysThe machine engages. Call sheets, logistics, rehearsals, load-ins and a production control room. Hundreds of specialists move on a timeline measured in minutes. This is the invisible engineering that lets a five-day wedding feel weightless to the people living it.

The days themselvesYou are a guest at your own wedding. Our team disappears into the background, holding every thread, while you and your family live entirely inside the moment.
